This is great. I would feel reasonable comfortable storing my apple or snack bar in this! I don't think plastic & vault should be used in the same sentence.

Looks like a shitty product. If a thief is already in your car then it's a likely bet that they have a tool capable of getting through the cheap plastic of the box.

It's meant as a basic deterrent for smash and grab thieves. It's not meant to be an actual safe. The vast majority of car burglaries are people who smash a window and quickly take whatever they can before running away. If a thief is serious and has plenty of time and tools with your vehicle, then no safe of any kind will protect your stuff.
@@ScreamCheese13 I would say it's not even enough to be a "basic deterrent". Shit could be busted open with a hard stomp or a hammer.
@@Danger_Dingus So you don't know what a smash and grab is. Okay. Just so you know a smash and grab does not involve the use of heavy tools or stomping. Something simple is used to smash a window and they grab what they can. Sometimes they don't even bother entering the car. So yes it is more than enough for a smash and grab. What you're talking about is a more serious dedicated effort to steal what's in a car.
