    PNW gets icy powder and heavy wet snow, rain, freezing fog, mega storm dumps, and 600 plus inches of snow a year. We get the whole spectrum

      But this also means it is faster skiing in vermont snow.

    basically vermont least coast or just close to the close where there is a lot if moisture your snow will be icy hard and fast when compacted but in the more central areas where the moisture is no longer and new pow is added every 3 days the snow is fluffy and your skis are deeper in the fluffy pow and it gets a bit slower
