I love this idea. You definitely should do all the conferences. Then take the champions from each and have one final imperialism. Also do the group of 5 to. Heck take the independents and consider them a conference. I love your videos keep it up

yeah the ai in this game is actually really bad, that's why in a lot of these imperialism videos, top 10 schools like Alabama, OSU, Georgia and Michigan lose to nobody schools who are ranked like number 70 in the country, it makes no sense at all, I hope the ai in Ncaa 24 next year is way better

Idea: Do this for every 2024 version of each conference (so far), then take the winners and have them play each other

A reason ACC accepted Cal and Stanford is that they both really fit for academics, sports is for sure a stretch though
They also did it because of the tv contact if they drop below 15 teams ESPN can pull the contract
Adding them guarantees that if anybody leaves for the SEC they won’t lose their contract
Notre Dame was apparently campaigning hard for them as well

They currently have a streak of 47 years straight in which one of their NCAA sports teams won a national championship, and they've won 26 out of the 29 NACDA directors' cups, given to the best college sports program each year, including 25 straight at one point.
Can you do an imperialism with all teams, but the winning team gets the best player from the team they beat? I think it’ll show when a smaller team wins, and what kind of an impact a star player can be to a smaller program.

You should spin a wheel of all FBS college teams and take 20 random spins and put those team on the map and do imperialism. A random grouping of teams would be wild.
Here's an idea. When a team attacks another, if it is hit in an expansion territory, they have to play a neutral site game where the "Home" team defends their neutral site.

When you do the other conferences and they have to play in other states (like when Stanford went to Texas to play NC State), you should have them play in venues in those states.

Updated more realistic way to play: if the attacking team wins they take over the defending teams territory and players that make their team better, if the defending team wins they do not take over any territory but they take the attacking teams players that make their team better, this is a more realistic and fair way to play so the team with the most territory isn’t punished

Noles fan here, but Notre Dame gets to vote because they’re in the ACC for all sports the ACC supports but Football so it makes sense for them to have a vote since it effects other programs other than football.

NC State beating UNC isn’t a upset, we beat them with our 4th string QB and we’ve won the last two, and 11/15 since 2000. It’d be more of an upset if UNC won
