It’s wild when you listen to the original he sounds like he’s rapping so fast, then when you watch this you realize how easy it is for him to rap at this tempo, he’s so relaxed and laid back

@@7rodoit’s just very syllable dense because of JID’s style. It sounds fast because stuff like “do me indubitably” rolls off the tongue so easily for him. It’s incredibly impressive regardless.

Watched him live in the summer of 2019, it’s crazy how much he’s blown up ever since. Well deserved.
Not only is it his flow that’s so effortlessly smooth yet complex, but it’s how he expresses himself through his body movements and hand gestures that’s satisfying asf. It’s one of the things I’ve always liked about him. Man it’s good to see him getting the attention he’s deserved for a long time now.
