Danko Jones, one of the FEW REAL ROCK BANDS SINCE 10 years back!
This is the first song i heard from Danko Jones, trust me, i fell in love with him from that day. Hell off a rocker that guy, and a nice fellow, i must say :) (Met him at a concert and talked to him and some from his staff and the other bands playing at the antidote tour that year..)
This was the best Danko lineup with Damon Richardson...the drum sounds on the early Danko albums are better than the newer stuff.

i had a white 90 sedan deville 5 years after this song came out . Listend to this track quite a bit . Lyrics were matched to the car pretty well except for the boyfriend in the trunk part . ah memories .

Danko Jones just rocks Dank reminds me of another great Canadian rocker singer in Burton Cummings ( The Guess Who ) and that is a great comparsion no matter what the genre
I've seen interviews with Danko Jones. He's actually a really cool and down to earth guy it seems with a good head on his shoulders too. In this world of pretnetious bands and angst and corporate shit, I find Danko Jones refreshly simple and honest without any fake bullshit. Plus his music knows how to get your labido going :P. Sure the band doesn't have deep lyrics or complex harmonies or stuff like that, but who says you need that to have good music if you can feel it in your soul. Peace.

addicted to this band i happened to click on today and havent stopped listening for hours. facial expressions are hilarious and lyrics are one of a kind. he seems so cocky, if he's that way in person id shank em so he would be knocked down a few notches but then itd be cool haha
