The Cardinals head to Corrupt Arena and come away with the victory over Tubby's Wildcats. Kentucky would go on to win the national championship later this season, but everyone would remember that they were the #2 team in the state.

The BIGGEST Upset in the history of the series...I’m a diehard cards fan...but honestly that team lost 21 games that season and had no business winning in Rupp Arena (which we rarely do anyways)against a team that went on to win the championship... but I guess the old sayin is true...in a rivalry game anything can happen!

So, UK wins over Louisville more regularly in men's basketball. As good as UK fans make their team out to be over Louisville, you'd swear they could go undefeated against Louisville, but nope. When all is said and done, the only fan base that really cares about the overall record is UK, because Louisville fans tend to think about the bigger picture. We're once again in a better basketball conference than UK (ACC vs. SEC...ACC beats SEC in basketball), and our football team is better than UK's. A 4A high school team is better than UK Football. As for baseball, UK might have won out the regular season meetings against Louisville in 2014, but when it really counted in the super regional, UK could not get it done.
You all can enjoy your "basketball dominance", even though your program was the first to get the death penalty because y'all were point shaving and allowing ineligible players to play regardless of the rules. I'll back my Cards, because every NCAA Title they have and every BCS Bowl Game they've won and every trip to the CWS they've had they've earned.
We should start posting our wins over Louisville in the regular season but there is much more of them to choose from compared to the games your team has won in the series. I think we have won twice as many as you. That final four game is already on here so there is really no need to post more than that.
