David Locke thinks Reed Sheppard is “THE guy in this draft.” And the one player the Jazz should trade up for. Whereas Leif Thulin is exactly opposite. Singles out Reed as the player the Jazz shouldn’t want. This draft is all over the place!

Have you ever seen Moneyball? I feel like Leif is like all the guys who watch a lot of film and then talk about the guys' bodies and how the ball come off the bat, or in this case, how the ball comes out of the hand on the shot. And Locke just wants to know if the ball goes in the hole! That's how I feel when I listen to the two of them alternate hosting the show. I'm more of a Moneyball guy myself.
That being said, I agree with 2 guys Leif has talked about: Baylor Scheierman and Trey Murphy III.

Reed Sheppard is Grayson Allen but a little smaller so I don’t know if he’s going to shoot that well against bigger players. His numbers look good on paper

IF the Utah Jazz are truly trying to become a championship team like they state, they need to find building block, foundational players. San Antonio Spurs Have that foundation started, and one day in the near future will be threatening to win championships. How will we stop Victor W. ??? You'd better counter that with a big man that can actually play, can score and get you rebounds... The best player for that is Zack Edey. Do some serious due diligence on this player, and you'll begin to see what a great player he already is and can become. He's listed for 2 years in a row as the best player in college basket ball. He put up 37 points against D. Clingan a consensus top 5 pick. Edey is 2 time National Player of the year. He 7' 4", averages 22.1 pts., 12.7 rebounds of which 5 of those are offensive. He is 1 of 4 players to do that in the last 20 years. joining Kevin Durrant and Micheal Beasley. And he'll be available where we will be picking at #10. You want a Championship Utah, he's your foundational piece.

For whatever reason, Leif doesn't like the guys I like, but that's okay. Upside is great, but the guy still needs to make the league. Topić and Cody Williams will take time and patience, which is fine.
Devin Carter and Daron Holmes are going to have more impact on the league than most of the players mentioned at 10. It's going to be frustrating as a Jazz fan watching guys like that play meaningful minutes in the playoffs next year.

Thing with Topic is he likely won’t go top 5. And Portland, Memphis are stacked at guard. So Topic either goes to the Spurs, Charlotte, or is available at 10. And does Charlotte want another injury prone point guard when they have Ball? Topic either goes 8 to spurs or falls to Jazz.

If Williams fills out I'm confident that he'll be a star.

I have Ron Holland 3rd and Cody Williams 4th on my board but it’s very close. All of these prospects have some flaws. I don’t see why Buzelis is that high but he’s a fit in Detroit.

Pacome Dadiet will be a steal for anyone that takes him 20 and beyond!

Leif, I'm hoping the Cavs at #20 take Dunn!!! Need that D at that position when playing the Celtics! So what if he is the 5th option on offense!

I don’t understand the love fest for Dillingham. Suggesting the Jazz should move up to 3-4 to get him is absurd. Has Leif forgotten about the Donovan/Conley experiment? Contending teams don’t feature small backcourts. Trey Young is awesome, but will never anchor a championships contender. Conley is working in Minny, but only with the most dynamic of wings. I’m not sure I want to invest a 6+ year commitment and the money that goes with it on a guard who can’t take us deep into the playoffs. Rob Dillingham might be a great basketball player, but he isn’t the Allen Iverson “Answer” for today’s NBA.
