These railcars were built in 1944 for a suburban railway in Barcelona, Spain, and acquired by Cuba for its Hershey Electric line in the 1990s. Hershey Electric had previously running US built cars dating from the 1920s or modified boxcars fitted with passenger seating.

Yes everything is paid and controlled by the government medical care, housing , education total control of your life you are forced to study what is needed by the gov (unless you are an elite) and live in assigned housing (unless you are an elite) the elite are government officials,celebrities , party members etc
