- Found a new server like that is fun was to play and win! "Contention" has you fighting to control all the areas need to win. Giving you the chance to call in reinforcements with the credits you earn but taking out ground targets.

I cannot believe you splashed a tomcat in a ka50!! dude!!! I literally fly to the AO and die... every time.. its depressing
If you change the ranging thing (forgot the name) from auto to manual behind the stick left of where you change the fire rate. You'll be able to shoot the vikhrs at 8 km making it that bit safer from anti everything things.

I am obsessed with this server recently
last 2 fox2 were not ready, there was countdown (cooldown) timer ;)
but nice flying.. be fast and learn auto-h and other auto-p modes ;)
My buddy Venom and i fly the Apache on this server pretty often. I love splashing unaware ka-50s with hellfires. We might have gotten you at some point. Tho more likely, you probably got us more often.
Haha oh yes! You may out preform me with long range but once I close the distance! The game has changed.

Contention looks great. I really like how integrated ground forces are! I spend a lot of time in the 4YA servers as I am still only 4 months into the game, and I have started playing on Enigma as well.

I love this server so much. Got bored of ECW because it feels very mile wide, inch deep. Moved to Grayflag but missed the PvP aspect. Contention is a very good combination of everything I enjoy about both of those servers.

Something I've noticed when flying the Ka-50 is that if the missile warning system shows a circle around the red triangle, the missile isnt coming towards you. But if its only a triangle, it means the missile is about to give you a nasty surprise. I cant confirm if this is true or not, but its something I've started to notice recently

I know what you mean! Flying around with more advanced SAM site with no radar warning is a challenge for me. Bin on ECW server for so long.

this server was based off of ddcs. except ddcs is optimized. Kinda sad to see other servers get recognition using code from the original server while ddcs doesnt.
