See yall in 7 days! Been going to the gorge since I was a kid. One of the best venues in the nation. Its gorgeous... I live 50 minutes from the venue. Unfortunately... its smoky af right now. There's a fire north of us. Hopefully the smoke clears by then.

a note about the weather, since I am from Washington myself:
if the forecast for the weekend displays a precipitation chance of over 40%, pack a rain shell. At some point, it will probably drizzle.
Despite the weather conditions and even if the weekend has clear skies the entire time, PACK A RAIN SHELL. You literally never know what will happen. The weather gods could literally just go "wouldn't if be funny if we dumped a week's worth of rain on these people in 30 seconds" for no reason whatsoever, and I know this because it has happened to me multiple times.
Also don't pack an umbrella. Everyone will know you aren't from washington.

Sorry, i dont understand the part where GA campers cant leave and re-enter. How does that work? Like i cant go back to my site at all the whole day?

@@tanimuara5564 i emailed the venue. Its GA ticket holders not GA campers. So if u have a ga wristband (regardless of camping being ga or vip), u can only enter the venue once per day, and once u go back to the campsite, they reserve tje right to not let u back in the venue until tomorrow

Also the charging lockers have chargers in the lockers (you dont take them out). If you want the portable charger you have to give them 10$ and bring it back later to get your money back!
Weather: most likely wont rain. We just hit a 100 degree streak for the second time in a row. Its gunna be in the 90s MAYBE go back to the 100s during the day
Also your fanny pack has to be clear clear, like no colors or iridescent films on it

okay first of all where the heck do i find an acrylic full length mirror, second of all i’m a chill person, meaning i like to sit and jam, so i brought a clutch and a backpack and i didn’t lose it 😂 but again i’m basically just sitting there jammin

What about a tapestry? You’ll be there early and it’d be nice to not have to sit on grass directly but on something as you watch the early show before going in
I have heard that they changed it. I am an employee so its different for me but for everyone else you have to have proof of a negative test or be vaccinated
Fair warning fires are CRAZY right now. The air quality is terrible at the gorge right now. So bring a mask at least for your own health from the smoke!
The view may not be as spectacular as you thought so dont be let down!
