What a shame it sits abandoned. So wasteful :( it's got to have historical value ? So sad.

Hi! Can I ask how you got inside the gates? Wasn’t the security living in the trailer onsite? I really want to go, but don’t know how to get in behind the fence.

That sure is a beautiful place there. Surely, that place can be repuposed into something, such as apartments, an office building, possibly, a community center, a place for weddings and receptions, and uh concerts, things like that. Uh,maybe low cost housing possibly.

In 1979 the property was purchased by a a church to be used as a bible college. Pastor Leon Devoid of "THe Bible Speaks. They got a bunch of peeps fooled into selling their houses and donating and lived there as workers rebuilding it. It got culty and dramatic people left. I played there I was 13. 😢 memories. 😅 hey its Waynes kid.

How did it die? A ravaging fire? Ok, insurance. "A changing landscape of education"? Changing how? Just curious. Did they get sued by a disgruntled student? Did they gamble all the funds on tulip bulbs and go bankrupt?
