Just to add to @MatthiasSchippling comments on subtitles: I don't understand why you are making them a fixed overlay, rather than let viewers just turn on CZcams subtitles if they need/want them. I am trying to scan the screen as much of your layout and use of Obsidian is different to other folks videos, and the constantly jumping text is very distracting. Love the content though :-) I really hope that other viewers find you soon and bring your channel up the recommendations in the sidebar.
Thank you for your feedback. I'll definitely reconsider the approach to subtitles. I'll look into alternative methods that can cater to everyone's needs. Keep the feedback coming!

Sorry, but I find the "subtitles" (not really "sub") really distracting. There's a reason the regular subtitles can be disabled and disabled by the user: some like/need them, some don't. If you're putting them front and center in your video and force everyone to see them, you're turning off people like me, who don't want them.
I really appreciate your input and will change that for future videos. Instead of front and center, how do you feel about them being at the bottom, closer to how normally subs are located? (Like in my other videos)?
@@SystemSculpt I took a quick look at your "Handling Obsidian AI Text Generator" video and I find that better than the current video. However, the "Karaoke" style text (is there another term for that?) is another factor in the distraction for me. I am constantly drawn to look at the jumping text, instead of paying attention to the video and even partially to what is said. I consider myself a quick reader and for me it's easier if I can see the whole text at once. I can read the whole subtitle in a second, and the spoken words just act as reinforcement of the information a few seconds later. Usually I also watch videos at 1.25 or 1.5 speed, because the spoken text is too slow for me. However, I'm also aware that everyone is different and I'm sure there are people that prefer your current style.

I like it.
