At 0:32 the first bar (6 bars before Mosso) first violins and violas, the notation is wrong (a misprint); the rhythm should be: quarter-rest, dotted-eighth-note, sixteenth-note, quarter-note, quarter-rest. The same rhythm comes back four more times later; those are printed correctly.
At 0:45 seconds violins, second bar, second quarter-note should be D E instead of C# D. This too comes back later and it's printed correctly at that point (2:34)
At 3:31 the second and third bars (two bars before number 7) horns should have quarter-note, quarter-rest, quarter-note, quarter-rest instead of quarter-notes throughout. This happened before at 1:35 in A major and was printed correctly.
There are some other inaccuracies such as dynamics, typical of Rossini scores. Critical editions of Fondazione Rossini Pesaro, published by Ricordi are a great improvement.
