- Last year this time Vanessa Bling aka Gaza Slim was caught up in a world-wind of controversy. This after the “enjoy myself” singer was seriously implicated in the Vybz Kartel saga - a situation that had her literally on her knees begging the lord for mercy....and her prayers appeared to have been answered, for the charges against her for “Perverting the Course of Justice” were dropped in the last quarter of the year.
Upon the dismissal of these charges Vanessa promised to give her full attention to career building and God and is now assuring fans that her future is guaranteed. Those familiar with her story will recall that at the time of Bling’s getting in trouble with the law, she was still in search of career music and is Onstage to exhibit her newness.
vanessa bling, in my opinion, is the most talented female vocalist in jamaica.
