Isle of Skye may be my Carcassonne replacement. Have you tried Archaeology: The New Expedition? Its a great push your luck, set collection game themed around archeological digs/markets.
No, I haven’! I am notoriously harsh on games that are big on luck, but it’s not so much about luck as it is the way it is integrated into the theme and overall game dynamic. I’m fine with a game like Can’t Stop, for instance.

@@theperfectboardgame foiled was a favorite of mine. Into the Ocean specifically.
@@BoardgamesforOne in concert, these guys are amazing. Justin, their lead singer and sing writer, has been through a lot with depression so he always shares an emotional, uplifting, hope-filled message. And of course, (having seen them twice now) they always perform Hate Me and Into the Ocean.
