Anche io ho visto criticare la quantità di formaggio/mozzarella sulle pizze straniere e queste critiche erano rivolte alla quantità e non alla qualità. Nel mio piccolo metterei un lo di pasta e pomodoro sotto a un kg di mozzarella 😂

Pero igual en cualquier pizzería de barrio, aunque no sea un lugar famoso sino un negocio familiar y local se hace con mucho queso.
