Very informative as always , nowadays there are those agents that sells you a house such that you first get approval from the bank before construction commence . At time you don't even have a say on the design. What should one look out for before accepting the 🔑 moving in.

That is just a way for them to ensure that there are customers before a construction commneces. In that case, you should take the design of the proposed house you are being sold to a friend of or someone that understand how to read a plan and ask them to explain it to you if the agent is not doing a good job at that. If you have a request to change the design, you can still do it before you sign.Once construction is completed, you should check that everything that they said they would do and what you paid for with your bank loan is in and all the necessary connections like water, electricity are some before accepting the keys. Watch for water leakage etc
