Yo, Kaz is Robin good? Most people were doomposting her saying worse than Ruamei, Irrelevant outside FUA teams not worth pulling cause everyone gets a free Bronya and so on. Do you think she is worth? I have Sparkle, Bronya and all 4 star harmony, skipped Ruanmei cause she is boring! Is it ok for me to pull Robin? Or not worth?
Robin gains massive value in fua teams, but otherwise she's... good. Her main problem is energy which is bad since her entire kit is literally based around her ult. She's not better than bronya/sparkle for hypercarry, but for dual dps but again it's kinda mid. I would suggest you to get Ruan mei. She can be put into literally every team and increase their damage by 30-50%@@user-qr3lr7sh1g

It would be so badass if Firefly transforms into Sam during gameplay, which I'm sure there will be some parts of the animation, but I do believe that her ultimate/burst will lead her as being Sam for the most part.
Judging from leaked models, I think it's Firefly in overworld then Sam in combat.

U gotta remember that these projects are heavily profitable. Like ZZZ will probably make back it’s money in like 3 months. Plus hsr and genshin revenue will easily be able to support their endeavors. Supporting multiple projects here is smart because of the diversification. Hi3, hsr, Genshin, and ZZZ all have different genres, characters, and gameplay. This will prevent hoyoverse collapsing if a project fails.

They ruined ZZZ for me already, enitially i was so hyped for the Combat, but the Characters are so garbage i can't stand it. And the UI and also the looks ingame look so weird with the colour sceme and everything. Im so glad i can say F that.
If her scaling is based on her atk, Tingyun will be her best partner to minimize the downtime from her ultimate form. I would love her fire weakness implant to be in on her base kit. Like when she enters combustion state, she will set the sea ablaze and all enemies will have fire weakness implanted until her ult duration ends.
should be atk scaling since it wasnt stated otherwise, so tingyun should be great for her (as usual)

Actually there is a newer iteration of Firefly's talent.. the one mentioned to be Break effect to bonus damage was changed to Break effect to ignore def %

Oh, also, the glamoth set would work well with her, since she has the speed, and the set's lore is about her.
Glamoth grants DMG bonus, she already have a lot of it, so you better use Salsoto or Talia.
@alexpav845 salsoto gives damage bonus too. I guess Talia would be best in slot since it triggers based on speed.

Im thinking Misha's 4 star LC looks good on her, it increases Break Effect 56% which Firefly's talent converts to DMG%, and when the user cast Ultimate, it increases Critrate by 30% for 2 turns, Firefly basically has 2 Ultimate, the normal ultimate and the enhanced skill. if that works like that.
200 speed sam is insane, pairing with robin for high attacking frequency and long lasting buff
Now question is... will her hp consupmtion equal taking dmg or jus ther health bar moving around. If its the latter that makes aventurine borderling useless on her, making so galagher will be way better with silver wolf. But if its the former. She will be able to have aventurines shields tank everything and just keep chsnging her own health with her still proqing her talents from aventurinew shields going down.

With how many characters have ultimate damage I would not be surprised if they made a new support with big ultimate damage buff.

Did not expect Fire weakness implanting on her E1 when Boothill was just the first to have something like that after Silver Wolf.
I spent a lot of my savings on getting Jingliu so my budget is tight right now, but I still wanna pull for Firefly, Robin AND Jade.
However, after seeing this video, I'm contemplating if I should skip Robin and wait for her rerun and focus on getting E1 Firefly, maybe S1 if I still have Jades left. It pains me to think about skipping Robin, but if Firefly's kit is good, especially if her E1 stays the same, IMO, she'll be a great long-term investment.
yep i will be doing this. i like robin she is good but I don't really need her rn. but I definitely need a strong 5* fire dmg dealer. and she works well with existing characters. win win

It seems like she'll be the type where you want her E1 more than S1. Her sign lightcone imo doesn't look like that broken. From what I got, it just increases break effect and crit rate to a certain degree when using ultimate.

Also, her support seem to be between Ruan or Harmony TB
Ruan gave more variations of dmg increase, like the literal dmg increase, all type res pen, and break effect increase, but the break effect increase is only 20% capped. While Harmony TB focused more on giving break effect, with 37,5% increase at lvl 15 ultimate and another 15% increase based on their own break effect.

Definitely. If her kit stays like this, the action advance, the increase speed by fixed value. Then having super break/HTB would help a ton to make her consistently dish out absurd amounts of damage. Still it’s better to wait for beta, but generally it should work nicely

From these leaks, it looks like firefly is going to want her equips should focus on ER and Speed, maximizing the actions she takes during her ult state. I feel like her best harmony buffers will be Sparkle and Tingyun. With the fire implant on her e1 and break scaling, I she would be interesting on a mono-fire team with Himeko, Gallagher, and Asta.
best in slot team will definitely be firefly, ruan mei, tingyun, sustain(i'd say fu xuan for the extra crit rate cause firefly apparently wants to one shot the enemies like acheron so consistency will be everything)

@@John-wt2xq IMO it is better for her to be with houhou than fu xuan, since firefly regenerates energy when her hp changes (being healed or damaged), so healers like houhou would be good for her, right? houhou provides energy and bonus damage with her ult as well.
@@keplerthis995 huohuo and fu xuan both great for her and they'll probably be the best sustains for her but huohuo's cleanse will kinda lose some value because firefly can't be effect resed in her state at all (since it is her only dmg source so they made her invulnerable to cc)

To be fair, Jingliu's "transformation", is just her removing her blindfold so little time needs to be put towards that. For Firefly, they'd have to put more time in the transformation sequence since her alternate "stance" is a completely different model that the Firefly model does not fit in

If firefly gains ult gauge when her hp changes couldn't you use Jing Liu with her? Like a duo DPS set up? Maybe chuck in Gallagher to have heal on attack as well? As the healing would count towards the hp change

Double dps is still a circus. Not only losing utility for one less support, but also it requires the enemies to have matching weaknesses for the two dps.

@@saddany3254 yeah, the only double dps setup that can match a hypercarry setup is topaz ratio setup, but even then it requires silver wolf for the setup to actually work if topaz is not e0s1/e1s0/e1s1 cuz of lacking debuff threshold for ratio guaranteed 100% follow up launch on skill. With e0s1/e1s0/e1s1 topaz, ruan mei is better support in slot as long as the enemy is weak to either or both topaz and ratio. The team performance dropped significantly without either rm or sw, and the thing is both are 5 star and even worse they're also event banner units.

Will she work well with Asta? I know that she gets lots of speed during her ultimate, but Asta can still help her reach speed break points to deal more damage. She can also boost Firefly’s Fire Damage, and even her attack with enough charging stacks. Also, with Firefly’s weakness implant with her technique and E1; she can let Asta gain more stacks, so I wonder if they’ll be fine together.

Her Dmg reduction will probably be high, 30-40%, and fu Xuan’s matrix already gives 65 at max traces. (If she’s like Clara and has at least 30% dmg reduction, that would be at least, a 95% dmg reduction with fu xuan, anything higher than 35, and that’s 100%. If so, that would be crazy, since she would take literally no dmg outside of her own attacks, and since fu xuan does well with high health units, like Ruan Mei, sparkle Clara, blade etc, that would allow for a sustainable team comp to be made, which is just bonkers.)
Personally if her light cone actually increases taunt level, I'd say she'd be good as a tank

Fuxuan does not offer 65% Dmg reduction. It's just 18% Dmg reduction. The 65% is split/Distribute Dmg between her and ally.
And from current kit Firefly BIS sustain is a Healer for Some energy from Her traces

If her hp goes up and down Blade set should bo ok on her with 16% free Crit Rate. Should be great substitute before farming her signature relics which can take some time.
Not "ok", it'd be the best if that's the case. What other 4pc that is better than 32 crit value? Fire set is sht, quantum set would be ok. The only one that could be better than that is 2pc combination with really good stats.

I'd say she won't only be OP but she'll be carried further in later patches by added supports. Looks like devs like her pretty much so we might expect Imbibitor Sparkle situation. Poor Blade and Jingliu, they're cool but suffer from not being devs' favourites. I still hope though.
Jingliu got massive boosts from Sparkle too. Thing is, Jingliu don't fully benefit from the extra skill point, so you need to pair them both with also bronya, so you can burn the skill points with just advance forward back to back. It's pretty strong. Issue is, basically having Jingliu hogging two god tier supports to perform as well as DHIL with Sparkle alone.

@@KWONEUNBl, dunno, I have her with signature LC at 47/220 crits and she definitely has her problems. Being forced to spend the last buffed E on a 1% HP enemy and enter the next wave outside of stance and spend time to build things up again is pretty meh. And it happens a lot. Her best support is still Bronya and she's a pure RNG (though I have her too but the fact is still the fact) if you haven't reached 300 standard pulls yet. DHIL with Sparkle is much more versatile while Jingliu has mostly unrepairable kit by default. Like, the only thing you can do about her restrictions is to add a support unit that doubles all stackable counters but that's just too powerful I doubt we'll ever see it. So as a haver of a nicely built E0S1 Jingliu, I usually just bring E0S1 Acheron and E0S0 Kafka+E1S0 Swan to MoC, they're much more fluent in their gameplay while Jingliu collects dust on the shelf. So I kinda don't understand why people still coping about her. Yeah, her damage output is good, but there are much better, versatile and less demanding options out there already. Anyway, that's my opinion based on my experience. Don't forget content becomig gradually harder each patch.

Just a note. If firefly gains speed when she ult’s, then she can probably use Glamoth as well, since it gives a whopping 18% all dmg buff when your character reaches 160 speed and also because the set with Glamoth is Penacony dream land, which is a good set for some team comps, while Belobog architects is one of the worst planar sets ever made
True, but she might be getting a new planar set. Should hold off but it would be her best at the current moment.
If she wants to wipe out the wave before the ultimate runs out then ill just pair her with acheron😂

Hopefully her spd is increase is huge (like 50 spd at least) and so does the action advance because unlike Boothill she doesn't have a delay or a way to increase toughness bar dmg by a large amount so unless she's super fast she won't be able to capitalize on weakness broken enemies for more than 1 turn

They might release a new 4pc set for her. For the 2pc i think you might be able to use either glamoth or inert solsatto

that last trace just encourages you to have less hp for her, imagine almost killing her and she just gets 80-90 energy, getting more after healing her

If you want firefly to have ultimate uptime every cycle you want to maximize it rather than relying on petty 5 energy per action lol. Basically to sum it up having advance forward = more turns = more energy/damage = more chance to break enemy = more ult uptime. So, when she ults then she advances herself then after her turn sparkle/ bronya advance her again to maximize damage. I mean it's so braindead to explain this to you.
