Those houses do not look like a million dollar homes. Not in Houston.

Don’t ever move into a space where you gotta share it with other people, buy a regular single family home where you can wave at your neighbors from afar and mind your business.

It’s a free country to where, if you buy land and want to build on it, that’s your right.

They try to improve a neighborhood, and they still complain. Then if they don't improve the neighborhood, they complain about that.

I always say the same thing. If no business or developer wants to come in they say "they abandoned the black community and refuse to invest in us" if they come in and invest they say it's driving them out of their community.

What they are doing in my area the developers want the land so they are upping the taxes to the point that a normal working human cannot pay them and are forced to sell.

These homes are a hazard to the people that live there because they are too close together if one of them catches fire they will all burn down.

It didn’t stop in 4th Ward. Why should it stop now? There are historical markers in Freedman’s Town but they just ignored them. 4th award is on Dallas near downtown by Allen Parkway.

So you want the community to continue looking like absolute crap. Nobody is forcing those people out... they're willingly selling those homes. Also nobody is stopping black people from purchasing the newer homes.
