Well that’s very interesting as I stood in Sainsbury’s yesterday trying to decide what Starbucks pods coffee to get! I look forward to the next video with all the rest of the pods. I do think that’s a bargain price and now I know Nespresso make the pods I am assured the quality will be excellent as always. Hope you were both ok after tasting all that coffee! Thanks very much.

This channel has been super helpful while I've been looking into buying a Nespresso (got a Creatista Plus on the way now!), I've seen your videos on the Grind and Halo coffees but I was wondering if you'd review some more eco pods from the likes of Lost Sheep or Pact coffee. The Independent has a great article covering a few different kinds!
Thanks and really glad the videos have helped. We did review some pact pods in the past but wish I'd got a variety pack of them to test all the flavours. Haven't heard of Lost Sheep though so will look them up 👍

I’m new to the nespresso game and don’t know anything about different blends really. Would you be able to do a video recommending which blends to use for different types of drinks? (Americano, latte, cappuccino etc). Maybe somebody else would find this useful i’m not sure?Or if u have already made a video on this can you link me it please? Couldn’t find one. From the pods in this Starbucks pack I'd say the Sumatra and the Espresso Roast. If you prefer a low intensity one then the Blonde Roast was nice.
I wish the vertuo Starbucks ones where available in uk! l actually love the variety of cup sizes for vertuo machine just such a shame that it’s Nespresso pods only

What does the intensity mean please? Are they a stronger/bitter taste the higher the number is? thanks.
That's a very interesting question because it's not all about bitterness. Intensity can include how much body the coffee has, how rich the flavour is and even strength of aroma as I understand it. The roast and level of bitterness are a part of it as well, though.

Yes as long as you're buying the ones that are compatible with OriginalLine machines. I only say that as you can buy VertuoLine Starbucks capsules in the US now.

Not yet but had a delivery of the Nespresso lungos again recently and will be doing a video or two with them soon, so will try and pick up some pike place to compare 👍🏼

It’s from the Nespresso website. It used to be called the Lume Mia but think it’s called the Display Mia dispenser now 🙂

From what I saw from James Hoffman, the nespresso head isn't crema..it's just air from being spun
Hi 👋 These are the Original Nespresso Starbucks pods so are not ‘spun’ like the VertuoLine but there is still a bit of debate as to whether these create true crema even though brewed using pump pressure
@@A2BProductions Can you recommend any other light roast 3rd party pods that are better quality than Nespresso? I didn't find a single decent pod in the sampler back I bought.
As far as ones available in the supermarket or Amazon I liked all the illy pods in their own way, so you could maybe try one of those. Of those from online companies I enjoyed the Halo Pacamara but can't remember what roast they were, we reviewed them on the channel. Planning to review others going forward.

I only tasted burnt. Horrible coffee, even the blonde
