Watch here for reference. You can also see how Eona, Morrigan and Laseer performed. Kria improved by just 12% from my testing post buff. She is serviceable through mid-game but falls short off all her peers including Epics like Greed and Eona.
I absolutely appreciate these types of vids! I had such high hopes for my A2 Kria when I heard she was getting buffed, but I guess she'll still be one of the last picks for the team. *sigh* oh well

I think that not how kria ment to use, her kit revolt around crow she summons, more enemy die more she summons, she isn't main damage dealer,put kommet and kria together and see her damage rise. To fully use her u need other damage dealer. The reason I'm saying that when I use my viyarna and kria both are dealing about same damage. Build are nearly same with 12k atk, 320 crit dmg for viyarna and 12.5 K atk ,290 cirt dmg on kria

This.... she needs a friend to keep her crows up, but when they are up she does great dmg

We all need to remember for some Heroes to be "Great" most have to be average. Kria is fully functional..... Definitely not great! Just wish she had something extra like lasser to make her special. As I said not all heroes can be great but they can definitely be special or have a little something about them!

Well I'm definitely choosing Alistair over kria now. There's no definite data on Alistair's dmg output but Im hopeful that he would be better. Coz I just got kria, but it really looks like she's gonna stay in the dustbin with crach daddy.. I was hoping that they would give her the anti-heal debuff, but it is what it is.. thanks again for another informative vid, Fasti! You're always my go to when it comes to WOR stuff. 😊 And mom says HI as well coz I shared it with her. 😅😎
did you check her Awakenings ? either way i agree she still feels like the crach version for mages good for shop tokens .
Have to at least note that different scale slows stack so she's slowing enemies more than most.

One thing in the patch notes is the stormcrow timer is supposed to pause between waves. I wonder what they mean by “between waves”. Do they mean while you are waiting for the next wave to spawn? Or while you are waiting for the timer to end for them to charge the wall? Because those are 2 completely different things.
If it is the former, then the timer wouldn’t pause since on your run the mobs took position as you ended the previous wave and that may be why there wasn’t a larger damage increase. If the latter, then yeah, that damage is disappointing as the timer for the crows would have paused and you would have gotten full effect from the crows.
I was hopeful I could actually use my Kria when I saw the buff coming. Guess she will continue collecting dust.

Are the crows super invisible, or that part of her kit just never triggered, because the enemies stay away from being attacked for most of the talent lead time?

Thanks for this, I pulled her today but looks like she can just collect dust as I already have so many good Mages. For real if you get a chance to talk to the devs would really like to understand some of the absolutely bananas Costing choices in the game for units like Zelus, Kria, Alistair, Titus (lol), etc.
What is Alistair doing on that list?
@@fastidious_gg He costs 25, he seems like a very good champ but not sure why he should cost 6 more points to place vs. Khamet & Boreas at 19 and Vierna at 20.

Do the test on 1-20 or 1-21 :) I just pulled her on 1+1 and I desperately need mage for gr1 since I dont have Boreas, Vierna, Khamet or Laseer, but looks like she is not the one to invest :(
I think she us usable, but without lasear or boreas she would need to be a1 and have another good aoe dps mage...but no cc's that I know of have tested her antiheal and if its trash then lasear or boreas are big needs.
I haven’t been lucky enough to pull anyone with antiheal so my gr1 is stuck at 18 but I have an A1 Kria so hopefully after the buff the crows will save my gr1
Keep in mind that Vierna's range is a bit bigger compared to Khamet. so not the same. but very informative .. thanks
@fastidous off topic question, does champs that improve cost work only when placed and remain in battle or can i place take out and still get cost generation
Yes the cost generation champs only generate cost while they are on the battlefield, however if you recall them you get half their cost back (which is the same for all heroes).

If i remember correctly isnt she also applying heal block like laseer? Making her viable as a laseer replacement? And also her crows no longer dissappear if there are no targets to hit so she feels better. Definitely still not a top tier mage but imo a lot better then she was.
think that heal reduction is low and its only on A1 ...but she is a the Crach version of the mages so she has a high drop rate ... more tokens i guess
Yea she definitely is not the best i will admit that but she feels less bad to have pulled for sure. If i didnt have boreas or laseer i would be using her for the heal reduction when possible.@@epic7hatesmesez320

Kria doesn't have anti heal. Laseer is very, very strong for anti-heal. I used him for 1-21
Her a1 gives her stormcrows a 25% chance to apply antiheal, the patch doesn’t say the antiheal amount but she does have that potential at a1

It requires an awakening, anti-healing champs were rare since her dmg is good but not great maybe the antiheal makes her relevant, but it might be trash with the 25% chance
Kria is a Character I have allot of faith in. There's allot of nay-say about her, but I'm a biased Judge with her potential. I will eventually max her out and Kria is 1 legendary that I want to take to A-5. I just wanted to prove the negative criticism wrong. I still intend to eventually get a Arena team and Gear Raid team of Kria, Helga, Nauvras, Artemis, and Nocturne. A Corvidian team. Just for fun and if it proves worthwhile, great. Of course, I'll still need Nocturne, and Helga and Artemis aren't even available on Global yet. If they eventually have a Skin For Kria, I would like to see the iconic The Crow makeup on her with the feathers being all black and swap the White hair for Black hair but keep the hairstyle. Maybe a Trenchcoat, or long coat or tail coat or cape & cowl made of crow feathers & No body paint. Notice how they put The Crow eye makeup on Hex and Giselle?
You did all the work for me , before I could, so now I know what to expect. But, I'll still use her as much as I can where it matters and counts.
Kria has such a cool aesthetic but I just don't like her kit. Good for cultists faction but not really doing more than Eona or Ai is just sad. But that's good for other people when epics can keep up with leggos because it means there's less of a wall on content completion. Good video Fastidious!

I paused to be sure, but the storm crow description was also added to. The Storm Crow Duration no longer counts down if no enemies are on the field.
Edit- Also I believe they changed her Awaken 1 and 5.

Edit- Sad still low, does she Get Anti heal on her A1 now? Boreas still destroys her utterly, yet at least that is still some more utility.
Kria's talent is "Within 20 seconds," but within 20 seconds of what? Deployment? Or is it a 20-second swing timer that begins at deployment?

That's missleading, u r testing her in 1-19 while this comp can beat it, thus the amount of total damage ur heroes including Kria could deal is not changing and even if she's able to pereform better after buf u wont be able to distinct the difference. Should've tested her in 1-21 IMO.
Honestly, her alt should be like 500% or 600% damage

Kind of as expected. They didn't actually change anything at all about her kit. It just pauses when no enemy is there, ult does marginally more dmg and the still shit stormcrow has more time to be bad. 🤷

Lucky you. She will be good for GR1 next patch. With her A1 applying Anti-Heal and Fastidious performing the test incorrectly (he gave Khamet and Vierna 19% more crit and 60% more crit dmg during their ultimates). She probably does same dmg as Khamet with more utility.

Great idea, not that good execution. Need to redo whole Kria test. For Khamet and Vierna you always activate Autumn before Khamet/Vierna. For Kria, you only do that once I think rest of the time you activate Autumn after Krias ultimate is over so no benefit at all for the biggest attack. Her ultimate has 19% less crit chance and 60% less crit dmg than the other 2 heroes, obviously the damage will be much lower. You can't compare apples to oranges and say oranges are better. Also Kria's A1 got buffed so now it can apply Anti-Healing. With those 2 facts, she should do a lot more dmg and work if you do not own Laseer.
Also since her ultimate is not buffed she kills fewer enemies, and fewer crows spawn so it's a cascade nerf.
If you are going to redo the Kira test, it would be also nice if you could test Kira + Vierna (instead of Laseer) and see how that scales. Since Kira is a "win more" type of champion, the faster you kill the better she gets.
Disagree. Literally cannot do that with kria because the timing. and you can watch it back slower, i did trigger it properly most of the time. her ult just comes up far more frequently
@@fastidious_gg I counted Kria was used 2 (and a partial time) times together with Autumn (one of them at the end without Dolores) while Khamet was used every time with Autumn. Krias dmg is happening super fast so you need to trigger Autumn before Kria. From the video here I would say you would need to wait like 2-3 seconds before triggering the ultimates. So yeah not much difference but probably lots of dmg. Anyway, the test of Vierna + Kria would be super useful too.

Dude you call her a bad pull but if you don’t have Vierna or Khamet she will get the job done. It seems like you don’t have a clue that most people don’t have those champs!
in my previous video I compared her as DPS to Laseer and Eona. I link that video twice. This was just helping me prove a point. I mention my Laseer and Eona tests explicitly. This is such bad faith comment. I also said she is just meh. She is a bad pull when every other mage does her job better. Doesn't mean she doesn't do a job. Well actually it does lol she cannot main dps on 20 or 21.
It must be nice to live in your world where all the best champs just fall in to your lap. My point is there are lots of people that never get those champs and she can do the job. However you put these blindsided videos up that make newer players or players no nearly as lucky as you not build her and then they hit a wall and quit.
