can't really hear what Joe said (in all DIF, not just this video), the background noise was louder than Joe's voice. even the automatic subtitles can't catch most of them. too pity :(

There are official subtitles in French, but if you want to read them in English, you can do automatic translation, which I clicked on. So it shows what he said, but basically just rephrased because it was translated to French and back into English. So just click the little gear icon, then click captions, and then tap auto translate, and then English.
Even though it’s rephrased, I find that it’s easier to make out what he’s actually saying word for word, when I have the rephrased version in front of me because it gives context, and for some reason that helps me to hear it even though the caption doesn’t have the exact words in the first place.

If I heard correctly he was basically saying that kit doesn't really like coffee, so he had tea, but if he did he would have had one too. Since then he's been taking gum/ mint so he no longer has coffee breath, but at the time they had none and just had to go for a kissing scene with the intimacy coordination.
I think it was someone in the audience who said they trust the story and he could have coffee with them. He says he like coffee and has drunk I think it was 3 today. He then apologizes for being defensive and jokes about Heart palpitations.
