The most crazy looking GAMING Earbuds! Edifier Hecate GX07 In-Depth Review! After checking out the Edifier Neobuds Pro, I’ve really been quite impressed with what Edifier is doing with their line of earbuds. And today we’re taking a look at an especially great earbud for gaming.
I think Edifier is also upping their game with most of their newly launched earbuds getting hi-res audio, and although this one doesn’t say it, but it does come with Hi-res codec. So will it be any good?

These edifiers are soo cool 😎😎 looking! Those scissors flip up covers are really great👍👍. Cool over all design, I think, but will surely put off some people.

It must be recognized that at the design level Edifier knows how to do it👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽.
But seriously he would do well to solve this problem of personalization of the touch controls of their earbuds.
And also think about adding wireless charging and multipoint on their next high-end earbuds.
Personally I think that currently, overall the best earbuds from Edifier are the Nb2 Pro.
Yea good point there bro. Hope that the next one will be an amalgamation of all their earbuds they have. i'm ok if they charge the premium price, but with every feature they ever had melted into one. haha
nb2 pro is for cheap people. It's weird looking too. It looks just like the 90s Bluetooth like the big thing on the ears. Yucks.

That's really cool. I like this Gundam vibe from the GX07. There are missed opportunities though:
1. Start button, as you pointed out, would've been cool if the button were to release the cover.
2. Blinking LEDs. Should've used the colors to indicate battery level. Red = low, yellow= medium, green = high.
But personally, this edgy design isn't for me. 😆

First one is an earbud..my main need is sound quality(ANC is a plus but optional)..i liked the edifier nb 2 pro which is at 50 usd in aliexpress now..also like the edifier tws1 pro and haylou w1..but please recommend what you think will be the best..

Hey Dean! Thanks for dropping by. I think you picked a solid few option. Amongst the NB2 Pro, TWS1 Pro and Haylou W1, all great buds, but if i were to choose, i'll definitely go with the NB2 Pro, you're not going to regret that.
The W820NB is good, before this i would recommend the Tronsmart Apollo Q10 for that insane battery life, but after using the W820NB its now my daily driver for conference calls. however, if you could stretch your budget a little more for the ANC headphones, go with the Soundcore Q30. You can't go wrong with Soundcore's sound quality and ANC.

I don't suggest them tbh, I got them for 150$ from amazon and from a sound standpoint they aren't worth it, they might look cool to you now but the audio isn't really better than cheaper alternatives, the case is extremely light and that to some people must be a good sign but to me it just makes them seem like they're made out of trash material, I expected the case to be way heavier and solid. 150$ is too much for their quality, if you're looking for something better then search for wireless earbuds which do not look that "cool" and are at most 100$
The battery life on them is a joke, very deceptive advertising on the manufacturer's end
