This calender will probably go on sale after a few weeks of them realising people are more careful where they spend their money. Nobody in their right mind would spend that much on samples and mini sizes.
Wow £145 not for me over kill on the blush and mascara. Half those products are sized for Barbie. I think you’ve saved everyone a lot of money unboxing it.
Wow, i always thought the smaller ones were bad value but they managed to 'improve' their bad value... that's an achievement 😂
£145 for that is shocking! I always feel Benefit have a limited amount of products so personally I'd steer away from buying one of their advent calendars, but surely no one needs that many mascaras and blushers!

I think the blushers are full size, they've just got rid of the wee brush that used to come with them and reduced the packaging...... I'm about 95%sure! I still think that calendar is wild dear. ☘️🇮🇪💚 I just checked the site, full size is 6 grams and mini are 2.5 grams. 💚
That is an outright crime. How they can justify charging even a third of that price for a box full of minis blows my mind

I was actually seriously thinking of buying this advent calendar since I literally fell in love with this brand a few months ago. I was obsessed with their lip and cheek tints, I think their mascaras are gorgeous, and I am very found of blushes. YET especially at the end of the year the budgets tend to be very limited and I will absolutely not pay 169€ for mini products that will not last at all. I am very disappointed, the blush shades are very similar (I think) and it's a shame considering their diverse range of blushes. I think I'll just buy separately some products like one each month maybe but I will not buy this. THANK YOU FOR YOUR VIDEO you just saved me a lot of money haha

I was watching one of your other videos just there and you mentioned coming off your acne meds and that your skin is playing up. Have you tried cutting out dairy? For me it was a game changer. No more spots and I felt so much better too

I quite like the products and if you were wanting to try the brand then it's good selection. But its not worrh spending 145 on. Maybe around the £100 would be less of a sting. A agree with another comment on here, it will be one of the first to go on sale.
Out of the 24 days 4 days had a blush and 5 days had a mascara a bit over kill. Wished they put more variety in the their advent calendar.
I adore Benefit but I feel like this calendar just isn’t worth it. You can always get 3 for 2 deals on minis in Boots so is it overall worth the cost? The new Fan Flare is great! Feels like a mix of Roller Lash & Bad Gal Bang. I’m so sad they discontinued the brown roller lash a few years ago

I preferred the 12 day ones they did before, definitely alot of money for what you get. Also I agree on the their real mascara, I didn't like it either.

I think everybody is of the same opinion, I like some Benefit products so I'd rather get what I want to try, I have the brow pencil x2 3 of the mini mascaras just finished tge pirefessional primer and realy liked it and 2 other brow products but can't remember what as I made myself 4 calendars up with products I've yet to use. I have a full sizes bad girl bang which I'm using now so apart from the blushes, I love blushers, I don't need anything oh maybe the hoopla as I need a warmer bronzer the price realy shot up but I've noticed a few own brand calendars are super small products and quite a price hike to. Xx 😚 🤗 🥰

Thanks for this, Claire. Very disappointing for the price… Probably worth waiting to see whether it comes down (significantly!) in price before deciding whether or not to buy it. I would imagine there will be quite a few of them still hanging around by the time the sales start at the end of November.
By the way, have you seen the gorgeous pyjamas in the autumn jarmabox? I wish they had a ‘tall’ option because the bottoms are really only long enough for more petite women - they’re about 5” or 6” too short in the leg for me. I would imagine it’s not cost-effective for them, though, or there just isn’t the demand. I would have loved to get a pair in the right fit! ☹️ xx

I’m 5f 9 and the long bottoms sit on my hips lol so for me the length is usually ok - I don’t wear pj’s on my waist but yes if you’re taller that would be a problem xx
@@Diaryofabeautygeek I’m 5’11”, but I don’t like to wear trousers/jeans/pyjama bottoms ‘low’ on my hips! I’d always be tugging them back up again! I like the drawstring waist because my waist is disproportionately smaller than my hips, so I do appreciate that. 😊 xx

They used to do cream eyeshadows too, I believe. I had a light purple/lavender/lilac one that I loved, though it dried up really quickly.
At just over £5 a day that isn't bad and most of it I would use. Shame I haven’t got £140!

Thank you for buying it so, I won't have to ❤ I completely understand why you feel disappointed! Just a tip, leave your mascaras closed until you're ready to use them. Once opened they start to go off or bad. Leave them closed and in a cool dark spot 😊
Not impressed with that. Big fan of benefit but why 4 blushes none of which I would use!

I'd be fuming if I paid that and got all them small mini's and most people want the makeup not full size skin care what a joke the small lips tints and too many blushs and not one highlighter no way it worth the amount rrp? x

Wow I’m totally disappointed with that calendar for the price they had plenty of room for full size bronzer and blushes I won’t be getting that one definitely not worth it in my opinion!

Absolutely awful, most of these tiny sizes are samples you'd get free how they've made up the "supposed value" is give a monetary value to the the free samples. It's the biggest rip off for the worst calendar. £145 is a lot of money. If I'd been saving to probably buy my only advent calendar and opened this I'd be absolutely gutted. Benefit is turning out to be just a grubby money making rip off company.
They should be ashamed putting out sizes like that. £145?!!!
This is terrible. TERRIBLE. Benefit should be ashamed. The worst were the lip stain products that came in those white sample sized packaging. Imagine opening it up on one of the days of advent and seeing that tiny thing. How tragic.
