    For dinner tonight, I offer you a delicious dish, veal paupiettes with mushrooms.
    The golden meat, well cooked with the juicy mushrooms, the creamy sauce, a real delight.
    Ingredients and Cooking
    Brown the veal paupiette in olive oil and butter. Add 1 spoon of flour, water and 2 cubes of broths.
    When it starts to boil, close and cook for 25 minutes over medium heat
    Add mushrooms and then cook for another 25 minutes and it's ready.
