I am in my life where I achieve what I want to achieve (the so called goals) then suddenly I feel that.. I'm getting lost.. like "what now?"

I achieve goal plans day after day but I don't have a
"Growth Plan" 😂😅
That's what gives me the "now what?!?" feeling. Cause I was trained to be a goal oriented person and told million of times that the "end" is what matters the. MOST. 😢
