アウベルクラフト!めっちゃ使ってまーす!ムラができるので私の場合は150gくらいまでにしてますねー。カセットコンロで同じくやってますが超美味しいですよね。炒り直後は直後で、さっぱりしてて美味しいですけどねー。笑。友達来た時とかに炒りからやるとイベントになって楽しいです。最後にドリップパックにしてあげたりすると楽しいですー。お土産に。

Hi from Indonesia..the coffee paradise. I also roast coffee bean by my self. Wait around 10-15 sec after 1st crack done then lift it from the burner and cooling down soon. Always have fresh roasted bean everyday.

to get light roast do you turn off the heat at the first crack or do you wait a few seconds after the first crack?
自然冷却だと中の熱が抜けにくいので、小型のサーキュレーターの上に載せて急冷すると良いですよ。チャフがすごいことになりますが!

How do you distinguish between the first and second crack of the coffee beans?
first crack is loud. Then they'll stop cracking. (phase of silence ish)
Second phase of cracking will begin - more quiet than the first - beans will be oily, more smoke.

焙煎したてのコーヒー豆は中に多くのガスが残っている状態なのであまり美味しく感じられないんですよね。だいたい2〜3日置いた方が美味しく飲めますよ!

Hi, great tutorial video. Very minimalist and conversational vibe.. Like it a lot. However, you can improve your bean cooling to 60 second cooling for FREE if you have a cardboard box, a vacuum cleaner, and some tape, using the suction of the hoover to cool MUCH more rapidly.. It has genuinely changed my home roasting game.
You basically seal up the whole box completely airtight, then create a hole just big enough for your cooling rack/sieve, and another for your vacuum cleaner pipe, then suck the heat away. It works great!

まるちーずみほ 僕はコーヒーはほとんどエスプレッソしか飲まないので、いつもエスプレッソにするのを前提で焙煎していますよ(^^)

ありがとうございます!やっぱり27mmのものですね!カリタの珈琲ミルを使っているのですが、豆を入れる穴の大きさが、20mmだったので、それが入りそうなじょううごが見つからなかったんです。
初めてコーヒー豆を焙煎してるとこを見れました^^(前に漫画で読んで気になってたのです。笑)いい匂いなんだろうなぁ・・(*^-^*) それにしても、コーヒー豆炒った後の皮、すごいですね>

If i sort the beans maybe it would taste better but for 100gr approx 10-20 gr with good condition, cause it's from local traditional organic farmer in here, Papua. Worth try anyway
