Thanks so much for this video! I tried both brands back in 2012 with my first baby and at that time parents choice wasn’t as good. But I’m definitely giving them another go with this baby

Up n ups are better now I think. My kid fills them up and they never leak. He is on size 7 now. It does seem like they don't stay on as well tho lately. They keep him totally dry when full to. Like really full in the morning.
I have had the complete opposite experience than what you have observed, though every child is different so that's a factor of course. Also, at least where I live, Target offers packages with the same count as parents choice for 19 cents a diaper whereas Walmart's comes out to 21 cents a diaper. Doesnt sound like much but over 2-3 years of diapering it adds up. Interesting that target brand didnt work as well for you. Walmarts brand was definitely more leak prone in my experience.

Up and up is made by Huggies and parents choice is made by wyeth a pharmaceutical brand. Kind of interesting.
What do you think of the Parent's Choice redesign? I agree that the Madagascar character version was AWESOME. But the new circus animal design seems much lower quality. Do you still think the new version is better than Up & Up?
Laura Ostrowski I must admit that I don't pay much attention to any design. I pay more attention to the quality of the diaper itself. The design to me is just a stamp to the diaper. And because I have a little toddler it really doesn't matter to me what kind of design it is she enjoys it. The Parent's Choice pull up still have Madagascar characters on them and yes I do agree that this stamp is brighter but the quality of the diaper itself has not changed
I agree Laura! When I first started using them they had a little bear and they were amazing. When they switched to the character I noticed it was thinner. Now they are just terrible with the new elephant design.

Laura Ostrowski I've noticed too!! I use to SWEAR by parents choice diapers but they're getting worse and worse. The side tabs aren't even stretchy anymore, and they just feel like cheap plastic. I returned a whole jumbo box today of them because I am sick of them ripping on me!
Samantha A I've personally always hated the Parent's Choice. Target brand has always been one of my favorites. I've never had a leak in Target diapers (they even hold overnight for me) and the Walmart ones always leak, plus I find them thinner. Target brand is also free of chlorine and fragrance, which is really important to me and Walmart brand isn't.
They have since changed these diapers they are so pitifully thin now it's not even worth the money. Both Target and Parents choice as well as Luvs have reduced the padding.

Alison Scott spend $100 on baby products get a $20/$25 gift card. That's when i get wipes and formula and sometimes diapers
Our target does it for diapers wipes and formula, so for every three formula cans you get a $10-20 gift card. So we stock up on wipes and any baby ointments/lotions we may need

Hello! I went to Walmart to get some diapers and I ran into “parents choice” and a pricier “parents choice premium” option. Which parents choice did you use for your video?
Hmm I dont believe I have ever seen the premium kind? I used the regular parent choice :)
I saw the same and was wondering whether or not to spend the extra for the "better" diaper. I have 7 month old twin boys so finding good diapers at an affordable price has been a challenge.
Would you recommend me buying parents choice for a new born/size1 ? Well just bought a small bag nb and a box size 1 but they don't look like the one you have
Congratulations on the new addition to your family. I would recommend buying them. Most likely the design looks different because they like to have the designs updated. I made this a little over a year ago I think. I am assuming the quality is the same because I still use this brand for my daughter's pull-ups. I recommend that you follow my well as well, it will offer you many advise when it comes to your little one as well as other things. My baby currently has target and up and up on and it does not look like that. Its solid white in it. And there is no criss cross pattern. She's in a size 2. Do bigger sizes look different?

I have a size 5 and the pattern is the same but the inside is solid white no texture neither
