Found a 24 pound lions mane mushroom while turkey hunting last year. And atleast 40 pounds of oyster mushrooms on a fallen oak tree deer hunting in October. Wild mushrooms have a taste that is beyond any store bought or grown mushroom

Not gonna lie, it looks delicious. Looking at the video I can see that you grow your own Lion's Mane. I am thinking about doing the same, but not sure if it is too difficult. I am reconciliating with palnts and fungus and everything in between😅😅😅 any advice?

So I just cooked it and I can honestly say the texture was like raw stringy meat, flavor was there but other then that it wasn’t good, I cooked it how he said to…damn it’s hard trying to go vegan
Talk to me about texture . How do you get this to firm up because every time I do this, it looks crispy and firm but has the texture of oysters. Help me out.
