its humor to me that games start clean and varied till a mid point were someone feels the need switch to Soj/Hog and the game then the undesired meta floods in.

well, at least you become familiar with how fast each character can get back from spawn
If you see Hog, play Ram or Orisa as Tank. Sym should not be much of a problem if your healers did their job decently, just focus on countering Hog from picking off your squishes then that player usually will be forced to switch into other Tanks.
@@joker_j1268 yeah if I Q tank I always play orisa vrs a hog, but I play support alot more and dmg as well, but sometimes just can't figure how to play it .
This is absolutely me when someone on the enemy team is too good but has gone unpunished for too long. I just blind swap hog.

@@imza5535 Not necessarily true. A good player being cheap is infinitely worse than a bad player being cheap and much harder to punish

@@WristTapeDrowzzy yeah I can punish a bad Sojourn pretty easily especially when they don't have a pocket (any pocket not just Mercy)
I mean if you're a tank doing everything right and your DPS are just getting outplayed you have to have some way to take matters into your own hands.

Ult in front of a Mercy damage boost, Sojourn and Bastion? Probably a 50-50 he gets some kills or dies himself, I think Bastion only didn't kill him cause they got speared. Hard to say though.

I really cannot wait for the hog rework, the thing is , for GM or ranks high like that, hog isnt as brutal as lower ranks because everyone know how to position themselves against him, in lower ranks like i am , he just absolutely destroys everyone EZ, not even orisa can do that cuz she at least needs accuracy with her javelin

Also if we removed cleanse’s I-frames would Kiriko be bad or Balanced?(if bad would it be better if she could only make her teammates invincible)
IMO cleanse should have immo removed but reduce damage by like 50% for the duration, but give her tp immo for herself and her target for a brief period instead. it reinforces her playstyle as a flanker/dps support, while reducing her power as a healbot, although this may be just as broken I haven't thought about it as much

You know the game is out of wack when tanks have to give up on being tanky vs Sojourn and just decide to just go for the one-shot instead

Higher lobbies seem so much more respectful. I tried playing yesterday and as soon as I used voice chat for comms, a bunch of guys hopped in chat and started to “mansplain” how to play tank because apparently all of them are just “off roling” and secretly plat. It’s hard being a female gamer out here.

Not true. Just because someone is playing a game doesn't mean they're trying to improve. Most people aren't trying to improve irl, let alone video games.
Edit: Also forgot the part where if they didn't ask you to coach them, they won't receive your "tips" well. That's called backseat gaming so if they wanted your opinion, they would ask for it. This is why spectate chat shouldn't even exist because it contributes nothing to the game. Or, at the very least, active players shouldn't be able to see it. It should be a separate, private chat only specs can see like whispers.

He's right. For all the high school kids thinking about college, go to your local community college for the first two years. It's way cheaper for the same credits that you'll get at the university and they'll transfer out to most big universities in whatever state you are in.

Your spear aim is on par with a potato. As you would say to others.
Orisa is just too good, too strong, too fun and all of her abilities cancel multiple ultimates.
No one even comes close on the entire roster to being able to cancel so many ultimates, she can destroy/eat grav and spear sigma.
Which I don’t mind spear cancel but the cool down is so short. I have no idea how to balance her abilities either. But to cancel grav as well? And both are on 6 and 7 second cool downs. What’s sigmas rock cool down? And it’s much more difficult to land than spear, long delay.
Tbh this is probably the lamest the metas ever been imo. In all fairness I wasn’t really a big enough overwatch fan to know the meta but it’s never been this bad where every QuickPlay game I get at least one enemy is either playing hog, horse or sojourn and they’re all the most boring characters I can think of. Like the only one that seems cool on paper is orisa until you realize your job is to bully the enemy tank all game

getting only one of a meta hero really aint that bad, hog is annoying but sojourns not that bad until you get to higher ranks where they can consistently click heads. ive been around since the start of ow1 and the worst metas were goats ,moth and double shield imo. goats was so bad i quit the game for awhile, every fucking game on every fucking rank was reinhardt, zarya, lucio and bridgette with the last two slots being a toss up between dva,hog and moira, zen. it was so bad they had to introduce role queue to stop it.

I think it's funny how streamers get upset at "pick me's" when that's literally the best possible viewer for their metrics. You are providing content where engagement with a live audience is encouraged and rewarded. Of course there are going to be people who want the creator to acknowledge them. It's the same as someone coming up to a celebrity for a picture when they are out to dinner, EXCEPT the streamer is actually in a situation where being a "pick me" is appropriate.
Video summary: There is almost no Hog gameplay; Flats is horrendous at Hog; Flats complains (again) about fans asking him about content (this time it was bronze vod reviews, which is one of the main things that brought him views and subs. He said he's annoyed people ask) - basically now that he has views he's gotten lazier and his ego has tripled in size. I clicked because it in the feed and the title. Should have known better.
You're a special kind of special. The whole point was that he swapped hog at the end because they swapped to sojourn. He gets annoyed about asking about stuff that he has already answered 20 times in that stream, and he doesn't even have an ego
