This is 3rd Video of Amritsar Food Series and in this video I visited
1- Kesar Da Dhaba:-

Kesar Da Dhaba is a vegetarian Punjabi dhaba in Amritsar, Punjab, India, that originated as a small restaurant selling dal and roti set up by Lala Kesar Mal, a Punjabi Hindu in Sheikhupura, near Lahore in 1916.It moved to Amritsar after the partition of India in 1947. Lala Lajpat Rai, Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Padmini Kolhapuri, Yash Chopra and Rajesh Khanna are said to have eaten here.It is a small dhaba, in a narrow lane in Chowk Passian near Town Hall.
Its signature dish is dal makhani (dal with butter).They are also known for phirni served in earthen bowls.
I tried Maa ki daal and Baigan ka Bharta . It was amazing
2- Sardar Amarjeet Singh Sweet Shop :- Location -
Chowk, Chhatti Khui, near Guru Ramdas Girls School, Atta Mandi, Katra Ahluwalia, Amritsar, Amritsar Cantt., Punjab 143001
This shop is very famous for making sweets for marriages traditionally given to guests . Decorated box contains 3-4 sets of sweets known as Bhajji approximately costs Rs 250/
3-Shree Piyare Lal Paneer Bhurji (श्री पियारे लाल पनीर भुर्जी)

This shop has some unique sweets like 3 types of Malpuas, chocolate Barfi, cylindrical Pinnis and Moon daal Halwa . But I tried Pakistani flavour -Katlama which is made up of Maida and layer of desi ghee .

This shop is in Guru Bazar serves best of non synthetic fruit icecream
7- Chand Company Perfumers

Previously I hv heard frm my parents and friends that the water of Punjab increases apetite as it s sweet. Nai vishwas nahi karti thi ki aisa kabhi nahi ho sakta hai leke jab mai Punjab gayi mujhe bharosa, hi nahi ho raha that ki itni bhook kaise lag gayi mujhe

Balbir ji , I am not aware of latest developments, when I visited Kesar Dhaba , there was no issue of hygiene at all . Regarding taste its an subjective matter !!!

अनुपमा जी इसके लिए तो vlogging छोड़ कर इनके लिए पहले इनकी किचन join करनी पड़ेगी , फिर आपके सारे मापदंड पूरे हो सकते हैं !!!

Yusuf ji , but my experience with Kesar Da Dhaba was amazing. I had Tadka daal and their signature Baingan Ka Bharta , it was delicious !!!
