I wouldn’t say better. She has a more deep voice now. But that agility and high notes she hit 7-10 years ago, she can’t or don’t want to show this now. She is also more solid in her moves and performances. I think, because of the age and “matureness” as a grown artist and a person.
Anatomically a women’s best years in terms of vocal maturity and ability is their 30’s
One thing we have to talk about Beyoncé is how it's visible she is not only talented but also a hard-worker, she practices and makes her voice stronger.

Whether this is live or pre-recorded live vocals, she sounds so good. Probably the best I have heard and I just think that has come with age, her voice is deeper, stronger richer. (joke) There are two a capella groups out there the first is Home Free.... they do a cover of Percy Sledge's when a man loves a woman... the lead singer Austin Brown will amaze you, as a matter of fact I showed that vid to my wife and I have not seen her since, she is on a mission to find Mr. Brown..... Second Citizen Queen they are an all female a capella group ...just the opposite of Home Free, they do a cover of Roberta Flack's killing me softly.... also fantastic in every way.
