The only form of resistance Rex put up to the order was he was shaken and started crying, but he tried to kill Asoka all the same. Until she had his chip removed.

Fives was one of my favorites, watching his journey from a clone cadet from Domino squad turn into a brave, smart ARC trooper in the 501st was quite inspiring, him and Echo, it’s sad Fives died thinking that Echo died and wasn’t able to see him again alive and still fighting. But Fives’ courageousness, and determination to follow his gut and not Krell on Umbara showed his strength, him trying his best to figure out what happened to Tup, and succeeding, him, shot by a Coruscant guard, and dying in Rex’s arms had me in tears I will admit, and I’m rewatching the series (ofc) and I’m on season 5 episode 4 so I’m preparing myself for the moment in season 5, that Fives goes out without honor.

Dave has created the best star wars content there is. I wish he wasnt under disney doing this. But im so so glad that George has blessed Dave with the ability to tell more stories the correct way. Not even fully through the series but why does every episode feel like a finalle? Why? Because its helmed and created by TRUE fans and not people with simple jobs.

SW the clone wars showed me theres more to the troopers than just troopers who just shoot and die from orders they too were human beings. that deserter from season 2 really sheds light on the whole war and how troopers are more than just numbers and soldiers. troopers really deserve all the respect for what they do and truly deserve happiness and each their own lives

The Clone Army as a whole are the best written set of characters of the entire saga. The are a walking identity crisis just trying to do what they think is right as pawns in the game of a power hungry psychopath.
seeing this after watching the clones shoot down Kamino in Bad Batch really hits hard.
War does not come with a guarantee. No soldier gets the promise of safety, survival or victory.

Some see Faces, some see Soldiers, and even some see them as just a number. But what we see them as is something more than that, Clones have their own views on a Galaxy that put them in the shoes of a Soldier when some just wanted to be a family man, or something else. I guess what I'm trying to say is that we all have respect for an animated show that was originally meant for kids, but swiftly turned into something a grown man could cry at.
