Egg 8 pcs
Cake Flour 105g/3/4 cup
Corn Starch 15g/2Tbsp
Corn Oil 95g/8Tbsp
Fresh milk 90ml
Sugar 90g/6Tbsp
Salt 2g/1/3 tsp
Lemon Juice 4g/tsp
Square mold 8 inches 8.5 x 2.25 x 8.5 inches
Pre-heat oven to 160°C/320°F, bake 65-70 minutes under water bath
