Mickie - Thank you for continuing to share the content of your world - your eye-catching camera viewpoint perspective is engaging. In this episode, it is clear the ground controller (2-hour hold) relating to the safety of flight was remiss. Recommend posting more during ground turns - I believe your audience will appreciate/offer clarity on the extent of work/arrangements required. Best. Tracey
Thanks for the feedback Tracey! I know many of you want more from the ground but on ground the main focus is to finish all tasks asap and starting to run around with a camera then is often not so easy. But will try to improve on that☺️👍🏼
@@MickeLang In working at a major international airport and having a TSA Security Badge years ago, it was seriously frowned upon to be carrying a camera through secured areas of the airport. So as a Pilot traveling through international airport spaces, I would avoid taking pictures or filming any area of an airport. You never know what the local security alerts maybe or what the local customs may allow, filming an area. Best to avoid calling attention to your self and then having to explain in more detail, what you are doing.

Welcome to Bangladesh! My father is from Chittagong, and I have been around the airport waterfront area many times, however your descent and approach showed a completely different perspective of the city to me. The view was amazing!

Hi Micke , I noticed you keep the strobes on during taxi in and out of the active , may i ask why . I only turn the strobes on only in flight and on the runway or for runway crossing.

Good catch! This is the procedure in the Diamond and there is a reason. Since Diamonds do not have a beacon light the strobe lights are the information for the ground personnel that the engines are running. So you could say the strobe is the beacon.
