This is a great video for me, someone who has never been on a cruise and will soon be enjoying time on the Horizon! I love your videos no nonsense approach. You show us exactly what we want to see, the food. Also, great title. I kept wondering what kind of food we could expect without paying for the extra fancy meals. Thank you for this video!

The food on the Horizon was great. We went with 6 adults and 4 kids. Great choices for everyone.

When you say « sea days only », are there specific sea days or is it open any sea day?

By that I meant all sea days. Also idk why I left it off but Pig & Anchor, Cucina, and Jiji’s are also free at lunch on embarkation on this ship!

Were the tea time desserts better than the desserts in the lido marketplace? Those desserts are usually tasteless lol
Yes! They under-fill their macarons, but otherwise they’re all delicious! The chocolate thing I ordered is shockingly delicious. Thanks for watching!
Did y'all go to the Mongolian Wok while still at port in Miami???
Yes! It’s open for lunch on embarkation day, so that’s where we had lunch that day :)
I’m not sure why I didn’t include that in the on-screen text. I either confused this cruise with Celebration that was the month before, or it was so the wasn’t too much text on screen. I feel like maybe Husband convinced me that embarkation day is essentially a sea day?
Cucina is also open for lunch for free on embarkation day on Horizon.
@@laurenofalltrades Sweet. We are on Horizon in 7 days. This is my 4th cruise & Wife's 5th cruise. I learn something new each Time. Looks like there was very low traffic in those 2 restaurants so that's where we will head to once we are on board. Thanks again for the great video
