- This is a brief operating session of the new SW7s from Walthers Mainline. I also produced a three part review of these locomotives, including adding a speaker and Loksound 5 next18 decoder.

Cool Ops session, love the IC hoppers
My favorite part of a model lay out the, switching yard. Yes indeed . Only thing missing is ,U-P cow-and-calf helper . There is a picture of it in, classic trains special edition no31. holiday 2022 Santa Fe . page 53 middle picture on the left . I do so wish I could find that model in ho wow wee
These are nice. I like the orange and white too.
Thanks for the video! Loved the ambient sounds, squeaking brakes, flange squeal, etc.
I spent many hours during my college years in the 1970s watching ICG trains in and around the Jackson, MS, yards. Most locos were GP7s and 9s and switchers still in IC diamond scheme; the rebuilt GP 8s and 10s were in ICG orange and white, along with one stray GE unit I once saw. It seems, though, that everything, even the switchers, had the same 3-chime horns, not the single chime horn on these models. There may be a three-chime option in the sound module, but you'd need to change the horn on the model. Sorry I don't know specifics of what type.
Love that '40 Ford coupe discarded in the ditch. 1950's realism.
I think it's strange how there is a gap in the pilot. But I looked at photos and it was like that in real life.
Did you get the athern sd 70 in icg
Thanks, Rodney. I did get them both. I am current moving so I don’t have the ability to do a review. I hope to do something posted by the end of June!
@@ck7813 Yeah when my two came in I knew you were going a video and I brought out my ICG fleet
Except, I suppose, it would not be "1950's realism", if the RR were ICG (merged with GM&O). Oh, well..........
