  • New product introduction process helps leading Home Emergency provider maintain ambitious growth plans.
Since 2003, HomeServe USA has been providing affordable home emergency service plans to homeowners in the US and Canada, dedicating itself to providing best-in-class emergency repair plans to consumers. Their high growth rate, however, was starting to be impacted by their lack of automation.
HomeServe partnered with RunMyProcess to help transform themselves into an organisation prepared for this growth. Through digitising processes and eliminating errors, RunMyProcess has helped HomeServe achieve greater operational control and scalability.

I called these guys in August when my air conditioning went out , here it is the day before Thanksgiving and nothing been done but the run around . I’m 69 and on a set income and can’t afford to fix it myself . Now here in Missouri it’s winter and freezing cold and can’t get the heating working until the cooling unit is fixed . I’ve talked to about 20 people from Homeserve all giving me the run around , they even connected me to a Filipino lady with a very bad English accent to deter me . Today I was transferred to three people, where the third person told me if I don’t like it to cancel . I can’t afford a attorney so the only thing is to hit them in the pocket book and warn others about this scamming company, DON’T go with these crooked people !

If they are accredited with the BBB, you can file a complaint with them. This helped me get my AC unit replaced when I had trouble with American Home Shield. Another action you can do is file a consumer complaint with your state's Attorney General. Also you can reach out to the department of aging in your state or city, who may be able to connect you with lawyers who specifically help the elderly pro-bono. Some local news stations also have segments that help people who think that they have been wronged by companies or businesses, so it may be helpful to reach to one if they have that where you live. GOOD LUCK!
