That is not an optimal heart rate. It's too slow, it's slightly below normal and could be dangerous for someone with high blood pressure. A heart rate of 50 (just a little lower than the heart rate in this video) could spell trouble for a comatose patient. I feel like someone's barely breathing when I hear this. At least 75 bpm would be nicer to hear!
People don’t fall into asystole from a sinus rhythm, yes it’s bradycardic (Aprx 30bpm) and will need treated but still, could try for long qt if I seen the strip

The doctor said that BF has Alzheimer's disease, then she gasped in fear, because she remember this disease where her grandma got this when she was 63, but died after 7 months in coma. GF started to worry about BF. Doctor said that it's already too late to worry, the disease never got cured. BF's chest started feeling funny and he said: "What's happening?". Doctor aaid everything is going badly, and he will die in 30 minutes. GF stsrted to cry. After 29 minutes, BF said to GF this: "I will never forget you, sweetie. Remember me." And after the last minute, BF died.
