It WAS 112 years ago in the East London area known as Millwall but we are, strictly, SOUTH East London, My Friend with the emphasis very much on The "South" :)This year commemorates my 60th year of attending but the Guy sat next to me started going in 1949 just the odd 73 years ago and travels from Cambridge :)Good Luck and, please, continue your excellent Vlogs but The OLD Den was this atmosphere MULTIPLIED BY 5 as the fans were right on top of the pitch on all sides :)

Millwall is originally a place in the Isle of Dogs in East London. But they moved across the river in 1910 and actually play in Bermondsey which is in South East London.

When I lived in Europe for a year back in 2018 I went to nearly 25 matches all over the continent.. one of my favorite was Millwall vs Blackburn. Even at 75% that place is electric. Everyone was pissed drunk and living life.

I'm a Palace fan but went to a Millwall Charlton game in the away end of the Den, all the locals sang was Beatles songs,there was no trouble,nice ground.

I watched the game and I thought that first half Millwall were definitely the better side but the second half Palace woke up and it turned into an entertaining second half and to be honest Millwall were quite unlucky not to equalise. (Charlton Fan)
