- Boots has revealed plans to close 300 locations nationwide in an effort to be more "efficient." As part of efforts to "evolve" the shop estate, the high street pharmacist, which is owned by the US company Walgreens Boots Alliance, announced it will close 300 physical and mortar locations in the coming year.

The Boots in Balham is awful, the staff don’t know where anything is . Grump and rude staff.
I'm disgusted with boots in bristols City centre the pharmacy section is no longer taking cash...absolutely disgraceful and I let known to the assistant who I believe was wearing a body camera ...corporate is it...that's goes against my privacy rights
