2015 was very competitive, not to mention Latvia (my favorite of all time), Lithuania (I loved it although it didn't go well), Hungary (not a great song but the message behind it was thrilling), Italy (the winner of televoters of all time), Belgium and Norway (amazing songs)
I'm speechless. This was one of the best performances I have ever seen, not just at Eurovision but in general. Polina got so into the song it's unbelievable, every second of this performance is so authentic and I can see this was her time to shine. The backvocalists and the band did a great job as well, as if they were supporting her during the best three minutes of her life. I cannot believe I get goosebumps every single time I watch it. Incredible.

Every word! I literally feel the same. This song and performance from Polina is one of the greatest I've ever seen as well and one of my favourite vocal performances from any singer. I still watch it back every so often and it beings so much inspiration and happiness. Literally everything is perfect from the emotion in the song and lyrics. The lights and background. her dress, the passion in her voice and how happy she is, the atmosphere and she sings incredibly. It's timeless as well and has the nostalgia now when I watch it back. Either she or Mans could've won that day. They were both equally amazing with amazing songs and performances.

This is some serious singing. As a singer in my opinion she is one of the best performers during the last 10 years in ESC. Intonation, interpretation and a very controlled but still very emotional performance. Yes. She should have won. And I am a Swede.

luca alina Russia is the one that has conquered and warred and whatnot, not Polina Gagarina. Polina is not responsible for what her government has done, and neither is any other Russian citizen. You can _easily_ be Russian and still be liberal, you can easily be Russian and not support what Russia has done. There are plenty of gays in Russia, and even gay clubs, but what is not ok is the open expression of homosexuality in the street (holding hands, kissing, etc) because it's seen as a bad example to set to young people, which is seen as important in a country which places such high importance on traditional family life. That's why most Russians support the law prohibiting promotion of homosexuality. It's not homosexuality per se that is prohibited; rather it's family values that are upheld. Do your research before you spout out the usual crap.

I'm from India, and we have absolutely nothing to do with the Eurovision Song Contest.
But I was looking at all the videos from ESC 2015, and this is the standout song for me. The emotion in this song is unparalleled. I mean, look at her cry at the end!

Будемо вважати, що їй не вистачило 12 балів від України, тому що ми в цьому році не приймали участі, та високих балів від країн, які голосували за політичним принципом. Не буду називати їх... Дуже розчарован Грузією. Ну як так то? А чули б ви, як радів український коментатор Євробачення... Жахіття. Горіти в пеклі тому, хто вважає Росію агресором. Вітаю брати...хоч і не з перемогою...та ні... З перемогою. Це найкращий виступ який був на євробаченні 2015

Хочу обратится к Россиянам, Далеко не все украинцы "националисты" , нормальных нас гораздо больше, просто мы не устраиваем майданы. Да сейчас между нашими народами борьба, я точнее борьба власти украинцев против какой-то там агрессии России, бедная Украина осталась без Крыма, который так "не хотел" в Россию, так говорят нам наши новости. Он ведь "окупований". Да я одессит, но я украинец, я владею языком, у меня мурашки по коже от украинских песен.
