Sorry to say but doesn't make sense it is 100% return which is roughly 10% per year close to the inflation rate 🤦 we can use the same capital more efficiently and build an better portfolio or can start a business after 5 years and make considerable money over next 5 year period with reasonable risk reward ration 😊🙏 hope am not wrong
