@Adelnoir sorry for late reply. I have tried at once, but on psxfin I guess there's no way to enable the engine sound, only on Epsxe. You can see this video that there's no engine sound :(

download game from emuparadise (psx roms), get an emulator (i recommend pcsx reloaded), and... play :P
I used PSXFin to play and the Sony Vegas to render the video.
