Hight വെക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. നല്ല ആക്റ്റീവ് ആണ്. ഒരു മിനിറ്റ് പോലും ഒതുങ്ങിയിരിക്കില്ല..( എന്റെ ശരീര പ്രകൃതി ആണ് മോൾക്ക് ) Dr പറഞ്ഞത് അവള് നല്ല ആക്റ്റീവ് ആണ് ടെൻഷൻന്റെ ആവശ്യം ഇല്ല.. പ്രോടീൻ rich ആയ Food നന്നായി കൊടുക്കാൻ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക എന്ന്. പലരും അവളെ കാണുമ്പോൾ എന്നെ വേദനിപ്പിക്കാൻ വേണ്ടി തന്നെ ആണെന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു, മോൾക്ക് ഒന്നും കഴിക്കാൻ കൊടുക്കുന്നില്ലേ എന്ന് ചോദിക്കും. സങ്കടം വരും കേൾക്കുമ്പോൾ. പക്ഷെ ഇപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ നല്ലത് തിരിച്ചു പറയും 😞
