    Ingredients:-
    - 500g khoya
    - 50-60g Refined wheat flour OR Maida
    - 500g sugar
    - Bowl measured sugar as well as take water same quantity
    - 3-4 cardamom pods
    RECIPE:-
    1. Take fresh 500g khoya
    2. Add (50-60g) Maida use according to you
    3. the mixture together & make a smooth dough.
    4. Rest Dough for 5-10 min.
    5. Divide the dough into make small balls (jamuns) according to you . Apply light pressure between your palms while circling one palm, and lightly roll to form perfect balls. Make sure there aren’t any large cracks on them. Put back in the fridge.
    7. Heat 2 inches of oil in a wok on medium heat.
    8. Mix sugar, water and cardamom in a saucepan and bring to a boil until thick consistency 8-10min. then turn off the heat and cover.
    9. Once the oil is warm, gently transfer the balls into it.
    10. Swirl your wok so the jamuns start to float and turn, then use a strainer to gently swirl them as you fry them. Fry for about 4 minutes until they are evenly brown.
    11. Transfer the gulab jamun to the with the hot syrup. Swirl them around to make sure they are well-coated on all sides.
    12. Serve and enjoy!
