I'm the same person who created this video just using my main CZcams account to respond. I did not actually take a scholarship exam with TUFS because my home University had given me scholarships to study abroad. Unfortunately I do not know much about the scholarship test for TUFS, but good luck!

So sorry for the late response, I'm the guy who made this video but I'm just using my main CZcams account to respond. Yes the buddies TUFS provide speak English. Japanese students who want to enter TUFS are required to take an English proficiency exam so most of the students can speak English. Especially the Japanese buddies that are assigned to international students.
I realized in the video I said you need an IH “stove”. I meant to say pan and pots that are IH compatible.
