ഇന്ത്യയിലെ മോശം സംവിധാനങ്ങളിലൊന്നാണ് കോടതികൾ എന്നു പലപ്പോഴും തോന്നാറുണ്ട്. ഓരോ കേസ്സും നീറുന്ന ജീവിതമാണെന്ന തോന്നൽ ജഡ്ജിമാർക്കില്ല. 25 ഉം മുപ്പതും വർഷങ്ങളായി തീർപ്പാക്കാതെ കിടക്കുന്ന കോടതികൾ. പണവും സമയവും പോയി ജീവിതം കോഞ്ഞാട്ടയാകുമ്പോൾ ലഭിക്കുന്ന വിധികൾ. വിധികൾ സത്യത്തെ താങ്ങുന്നതായിരിക്കാമെങ്കിലും കാലതാമസം കൊണ്ടു മൂല്യം നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട വിധികൾ ജീവിതങ്ങൾ തകർത്തെറിഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ടാകും. കഷ്ടമാണ് ഇന്ത്യൻ കോടതികൾ എന്ന തോന്നൽ വേദനിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.
