We get our annual service (Scotland) every October and it normally costs around £85 and takes between 30 - 45 mins. Full sweep and inspection. Hope that's helpful.

Why mine is smelly when i Use wood for burning? It's here about 10 years and still smelly. And I don't know how to clean it properly.
