I love this. I don’t usually like morning routine videos but this one was different. I think it’s because it felt more realistic. I’ve noticed your content is a lot more relatable to me personally because you’re doing regular everyday things and not showing a lifestyle that seems far fetched or even unattainable. I have a video suggestion. You mentioned getting dressed to work from home. Can you share some work from home clothing outfit ideas and recommendations for pieces that are cozy and cute? I want to get dressed I really do but I don’t want to sacrifice comfort.
loved the vibes of this routine. also, i resonate so deeply with wanting to take your time in the mornings especially with breakfast. i do it on the weekends but it’s hard for me during the work week

I think 8.30 is a perfectly good time to wake up if you have the possibility to do so. it means you surely sleep enough. I don't think we're all built to wake up at 5am. Sometimes the only thing that does is making us tired

Edit: you mentioned migraines. Have you ever had a blood test to check your vitamin D levels? Not everyone of course, but many people are deficient and that deficiency can cause for several ailments. You might want to have that checked out.mauybe it helps you.
